ND0100-R

Ten channel low-noise frequency reference distribution amplifier. Ten identical amplifiers feature skew of ~ 5 ns. Each channel independently monitored for load impedance mismatch with independent warning indicators on the front panel. Outputs are transient and short circuit protected. Harmonic distortion well below -30 dBc. Minimal additive phase noise.  While primarily used as a 10 MHz distribution amplifier, options are available to handle reference signals from 1 to 10 MHz.

  • Minimal phase noise contribution to the frequency reference (-150 dBc/Hz @ 1kHz) Harmonics <-30dBc.
  • Front panel signal frequency reference amplitude indicators.
  • Fault indicators for each output. High impedance (Z>1 KOhm) option allows signal levels 6 volts p-p.
  • Internal self-test drives indicators and alert signal.
  • All inputs and outputs fault and transient protected.

Ten channel  high performance PPS distribution amplifier features subnanosecond skewing (typically less than 200ps). Output drive factory configurable for BNC or SMA connectors, 3.3 or 5 Vdc logic levels and 50 Ohm drive capability. Each channel independently monitored for load impedance mismatch with independent warning indicators on the front panel. Outputs are transient and short circuit protected. Unit accepts two inputs and automatically selects valid input. Unit measures and reports pulse width.

NR3620-L

Many systems require more than one frequency reference. The NR3620-L and NR2110-L allow an existing frequency reference in a system to be restored,  multiplied or divided to meet a special need. Using a synthesized reference eliminates the need for a secondary locked reference and also prevents low frequency aliasing of two references that are related by an integer. The new reference is created through a loop that has frequency dividers on both the reference and the VCO outputs. This configuration allows considerable flexibility between the source and the output. Factory configurable from 1 MHz to 50 MHz. Also can be used as a clean-up amplifier to restore a degraded reference.

Available in either rack or modular chassis.

AC or DC powered.

Configurable over the frequency range of 1 to 50 MHz sine wave.

The NR3626-L is a high-performance 10 MHz lock-in amplifier that can be driven from a RF or fiber optic source. The product allows a degraded reference to be restored to acceptable phase noise performance levels while maintaining timing synchronization to a master reference. Six channels can eliminate the need for a distribution amplifier.

Ultra-low noise six channel lock-in amplifier can restore a marginal reference to low noise state without giving up timing synchronization. The external reference can be RF or fiber optic (NF0101 compatible)  To minimize vibration induced phase noise artifacts from fans and other sources, the OCXO is vibration-isolated. The unit can also be ordered with a GNSS-locked reference that is either OCXO or Rubidium based.  Front panel display and Ethernet Port allows remote status reporting.
